Property Management

One on One Realty will manage your home, just like it was our

own! Properties do not run themselves. Each property is

unique. Property management is all about giving great

customer service. If the owner and tenant are happy with our

service, then they will have a great relationship. This will

help increase the value of your property and that is our goal!

One on One Realty/Property Management will maintain honesty

and integrity. We will save you time and money by getting

the job done quickly at an affordable rate. You can rely on

us to know your property. You can rely on us to be accountable. We

have a trained professional staff in place to service your

property. If ever unavailable, we will return the call with

in 24 hours. We have independent contractors and vendors readily

available if any situation arises big or small, you will be

covered. We will act as the liaison between you and the tenant. With the

goal of overseeing a great relationship. We will collect the

rent, then forward it within 5 days of us receiving it from the tenant. The

tenant will be responsible for maintaining the

quality of the home. We hold the right to inspect the property

at anytime with prior notice given. The tenant is responsible

for anything under $100 should something need to be repaired. You as

the owner are responsible for any normal repair over $100.

Our services include:
Rent collection

Tenant screening (Employment Verification, Previous Landlord
References, Credit and Criminal Background)

Preparations for vacancies

Tenant issues/Maintenance Requests

Issuing of all notices including evictions

If an eviction is necessary we will submit the paper work and
over see the process.

One on One Realty will provide all of these important services for only

10% of the monthly rent. The best of all, the money

you spend on our property management fee is completely tax

deductible! As an owner, you will receive a monthly invoice

with a break down of your properties details. You can rely

on us to manage your home, just like it is our own!
